Shipping and Deliveries

New Zealand Delivery

Our Delivery Service provides parcel delivery within 3 working days from receipt of payment. Deliveries to remote areas may take longer. Please note that we cannot deliver to PO Boxes.

Retail orders completed through the website incur no additional freight charges if the order is over $60.

International Delivery

International orders are shipped using New Zealand Post Air Mail.

You can expect that items will usually arrive at their destination within the timeframe specified for each service. Delivery to areas outside major cities, or where your item is dutiable or is held in Customs, may take longer. Because we do not directly control all parts of the delivery chain, we cannot guarantee that your item will always reach its destination within the target delivery times.

Please note that additional postage charges may apply if due to the size or the total weight of the order it needs to be split into separate parcels. Any applicable taxes or duty charges are to be paid by the recipient of the package.

For orders over $250 an Insurance fee will be applicable.

Need to talk returns?

We offer 30 day returns on all products that are purchased through our website. 

You can return your order to us within 30 days of receipt, unused, with the goods undamaged and in their original packaging, and we will be happy to offer a full refund of the purchase price, excluding any shipping fees.

Items will be refunded back to the original payment method within 7 working days of us receiving the return.

You will need to return products at your own expense if you change your mind, but we will refund or credit postage if the product is faulty.

To ensure the credit is processed, please return with the packing slip, highlighting items to be returned, along with a reason for the return.

Faulty Items 

For faulty items, we will meet all of our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act.

This means that it's at our discretion to offer a repair, replace, or refund. Please get in contact with us with a description of the fault, accompanied by a photo. Proof of purchase also required.
